Plans can change. RSDRIVE reviews each request against the written conditions of the confirmed booking instead of applying an unsupported universal refund promise.

After confirmation
Use the private booking link or contact RSDRIVE. A message does not change the reservation until the team confirms the outcome in writing.
Charges and refunds
Eligibility, amount, method and timing depend on the payment received, notice given, vehicle commitment, booking conditions and applicable law. Any result is explained during review.
Late arrival and no-show
Notify RSDRIVE immediately if travel is delayed. Vehicle holding time, late collection and no-show treatment follow the confirmed booking conditions.
How to request a review
Use Manage Booking, email contact@rsdrive.ma, call or WhatsApp +212 663 513 973. Include the booking reference and requested change, but do not send complete payment-card details.
