Submitting the website form creates a rental request, not an automatic guarantee. RSDRIVE confirms availability, the exact vehicle or agreed alternative, price and handover instructions before the rental is final.

These website terms explain the booking-request process. The written confirmation and signed rental agreement contain the final conditions for a specific vehicle and journey.

2. Driver and documents
Every authorised driver must meet the conditions stated in the confirmation and present the required original documents. Requirements can vary with the vehicle, licence and issuing country.
3. Price, payment and deposit
The website estimate uses the dates, rate, insurance and additions selected. Payment timing, accepted methods, any deposit and any special charge are confirmed in writing for the reservation.
4. Insurance and responsibility
Coverage, excess, exclusions and driver responsibilities are defined by the confirmed agreement. No zero-excess or complete-coverage promise applies unless it is expressly written there.
5. Mileage, fuel and travel
Mileage, fuel-return rules, permitted territory and route restrictions depend on the agreement. Ask before one-way, mountain, remote or unusual-road travel.
6. Pickup and return
The customer must follow the confirmed meeting time and location, inspect the vehicle and report visible condition. Late return, a different location or extension requires prior approval.
7. Incidents, fines and repairs
Prioritise safety, contact the appropriate authorities where necessary and notify RSDRIVE promptly. The customer remains responsible for fines and must not arrange repairs without instructions.
8. Changes and cancellation
A change or cancellation request is reviewed before it becomes effective. Any charge or refund follows the written conditions attached to the confirmed booking and applicable law.
